Hello and happy Mindful Monday from my outside office. I'm getting ready to pilot a book club and group coaching session and also just coming off of a week off because we had family in town and the book that we're going to be using as our guide is called Never Play It Safe and there's a whole chapter in there about attention and where you put your attention and how it matters. So it was amazing having family here. We had the best week maybe we've ever had with our family and really it was just putting our attention on what mattered most of being together and exploring and having time here. So we'd love to hear what matters most to you and where you're putting your attention this week and I hope that you have a beautiful Monday. Happy week!
