Happy #mindFULLMonday What if you didn’t have to have it all figured out before you started? I’ve been feeling this lately — the way the bigness of something can stop me from even taking the first step. This week, my Book Club + Group Coaching group is exploring our relationship with failure, and one of the tools we’re using is the MVP: Minimal Viable Product. Not perfect. Not polished. Just the simplest version that gets you moving. I’ve been playing with this idea in a few areas of my life — even on the trail — and it’s been freeing to let go of needing the whole path mapped out. So I’m curious: ✨ What’s something you’ve felt “stuck” starting? ✨ And what’s your MVP — the smallest step that gets you in motion? 👇 You don’t need the final version. You just need the first one. #i💜publiclands

Hello and happy Mindful Monday out on the trails. This week my book club and group coaching group are exploring failure and which seems kind of funny because we're trying to answer kind of what would we do if we knew we couldn't fail but it's more than that and it's exploring what keeps us from even trying and so they have a few assignments but one is to create something create their MVP which is their minimal viable viable product and while this hill right here may not seem very big in the video it's been this rolly up up up gradual and for me I'm focusing on that right now is just one step at a time if I can make it one step running one step is my goal that's my MVP I don't necessarily need to look at the bigness of the hill or think about how much more I have to go or what my expectations are for getting up there at a certain time or a certain pace right now especially coming off of travel and being at sea level I am focused on my MVP and that for me is one running step at a time like I said it's kind of also in like steps this hill and so maybe it's not the whole hill maybe it's just this part of it that I try and get up so my thought for you is what is your relationship with failure and what's keeping you from trying and if it's that perfectionism which is me as well progress over perfection can you an MVP and get started so hope you have an awesome week and enjoy the view
