Hello and happy Mindful Monday. This is like my most favorite tradition of the entire year with my girl Zoe. We are at a nursing home here in Grand Junction and we spent all day yesterday making treats that we deliver just to people that we want to spread a little bit of joy to. So the joy comes from us being together and being able to make something fun and share sweets and laughs and loves and stories and then being able to share it with our community. So again we've got boxes of cookies and sweets and we'd love to know what you do around this time or any time that is a tradition that just brings you lots of joy and maybe how you spread that joy beyond your own home to your community. So have an amazing, happy Monday and really amazing week with family. So enjoy and experience life fully.
