Happy #mindFULLMonday I’ve been reflecting on the commitment I made to myself in January…to make this my healthiest and happiest year. It wasn’t perfect. There was a lot of falling off… and a lot of re-commitment. And because of that, I’m truly proud of who I’m BEcoming. I’ve lost 20 pounds. My body feels healthy and strong.💪🏼 My mindfulness and spiritual practices have helped me choose how I respond in each moment — deepening my happiness and even making my relationship with Dan more meaningful 💜 So this week’s MindFULL Monday thought is this: Instead of New Year’s resolutions, start here: ✨ Who do I want to BE? Then commit to that identity — and to showing up for yourself, especially when it’s hard. Because lasting change doesn’t come from one decision… It comes from the willingness to recommit, again and again. I’d love to hear what you’re committing to 👇 When we share our commitments, we strengthen them — and we never know who we might inspire along the way. (Fun fact: my biological age is 32, and I’ll turn 44 in a few weeks — thanks @cecizak for the @function membership💛)

Hello, and happy Mindful Monday. It is New Year's Week, and I wanted to share with you a little bit of what I'm proud of for this last year. This last year, I committed to being the healthiest, happiest version of myself, and it wasn't easy, and there were definitely times that I think I've even shared with you on how I was tested to make a recommitment to that person that I wanted to be. And so, I would love to encourage you this year, instead of setting New Year's resolutions, to really think about who do you want to be this year, and what is the identity that you need to commit to and recommit to. Again, it's not easy, but if you can have that commitment to yourself and know why it's important to you, it makes it so much easier, and you end the year really proud of the person that you've become. So this year, I have lost 20 pounds. I have become a kind of an endurance athlete that allows me to do fun adventures and truly enjoy my life with Dan, and that's the happiness part, right? Like choosing happiness over frustration or whatever that might look like for you. And so, my thought for you, my mindful Monday, is what identity do you want to embody this year, and how are you going to make that commitment to yourself so that by December 31st of 2026, you are proud of the person that you are, you are becoming. And I wanted to just share, see if I can get the moon in the canyon for a really pretty ending. I hope you have the greatest New Year's week and experience this week fully and share it authentically. Happy 2026 almost everyone!
