Happy #mindFULLMonday Did you know this week is often called “Quitter’s Week”? Between January 14–21, many people give up on their New Year’s resolutions. If that’s you — pause. Take a breath. This is your reminder: You still have time. We are time billionaires. Real change doesn’t happen in two weeks. It takes 60–100 days to build a habit. 12–18 months to change your life. 3–4 years to shift your identity. So instead of quitting, what if you recommit? Not to a resolution… but to the person you’ve decided to BEcome in 2026. This week, consider quitting quitting. Recommit to showing up. Recommit to the practices that matter. Recommit to the life you want to live — purposeful, fulfilling, and joyful. It’s not too late. You’re right on time. 💜

Hello, and happy Mindful Monday. Also, happy Quitters Week. I think it's between January 14th and January 21st where most people give up on their New Year's resolutions. So my thought for you this week, who did you commit to becoming in 2026? And how do we quit on My other thought along all of this is most of us are time billionaires. We have a lot of time to live the life that we want to live. I listened to a podcast recently and Rob Dial said something like, it takes 60 to 100 days to create a new habit. It takes 12 to 18 months to create a new life. And it takes three to four years to shift your identity. So if this isn't a short term thing for you, if you truly want to shift who you are becoming, recommit, start over. If you've fallen off already, that's okay. It takes three to four years of continually trying something to become the person you want to be. So happy Mindful Monday. I hope that you experience life fully and enjoy this week and that you maybe consider quit, quitting on quitting. All right, be well.
