hello and happy mindful Monday MLK jr. edition here in the US it is a holiday and as I'm out here on cross-country ski trails coming out of the darkness of the trees and going into the light my favorite MLK quote is that darkness cannot drive out darkness only light can do that and I had a conversation with a client recently as well about this idea of when things are scary when things are dark that we get to choose right we get to choose how we show up and ideally we inspire ourselves inspire others especially when times feel dark or fearful to move into the light and to take action towards love so that is my mindful Monday thought for you would love to hear how you are feeling right now and what you can do to help drive out the darkness or the fear and inspire others to step forward and make change so hope you're having an awesome start of your week experience this week fully and share it authentically
