Happy #mindFULLMonday This week, I’m gearing up for my summit. As I prepare for one of the biggest goals I’ve set for myself this year, the questions that are showing up for me right now are… What changes if I reach the summit? What changes if I don’t? The more I explored those questions, the more I realized the answer isn’t as different as I once thought. Of course, reaching the summit would be an incredible experience. But regardless of the outcome, I’m proud of the work I’ve put in to get here. Months of training. Early mornings. Learning from setbacks. Continuing to show up. Honoring the commitments I made to myself. Those things have already changed me. What’s been especially fun is realizing how closely this mirrors the work I do with my coaching clients. We all have our own summits. A career goal. A healthier lifestyle. A stronger relationship. Starting a business. Living more authentically. The summit gives us direction. But the greatest gift is who we become while pursuing it. So this week, I’m curious…👇 ✨ What’s the summit you’re working toward? ✨ If you reach it, what changes? ✨ And if you don’t… what have you already gained by choosing to pursue it? Sometimes the greatest accomplishment isn’t reaching the summit. Sometimes it’s becoming someone you’re proud of along the way. #i💜publiclands

Hello and happy, another sweaty, mindful Monday. Getting ready for my trip to Jackson. I'm going to try and move in the shade. The sun's pretty bright. And on the way up this morning, it was really a thought of what changes if I hit the summit and what changes if I don't. And the reality is that I'm really proud of all the work that I've put in and summits are never guaranteed. And I think either way, I'm going to be proud of all of the work I've put in. And next Monday, I'll be right back here doing what I love and just getting out with the guys before it's hot. Work out in beautiful places. That is my thought. So as you set your goals, it's kind of fun to play what if, but both ways. What if I don't hit it, but what if I do and what changes either way? And does it change how you feel about yourself? Does it change what you do next? Yeah, just fun thoughts as we continue to set goals that challenge us and allow us to practice who we want to be. So hope you enjoy your week, experience it fully and share it authentically.
