Happy #mindFULLMonday | Valentine’s Edition 💜 Valentine’s Day often focuses on one person — but I’ve been thinking about all of my people. I recently heard Jay Shetty share that we all need three different kinds of people in our lives: ✨ A cheerleader — someone who believes in you and celebrates you loudly. ✨ A challenger — someone who pushes you to grow and calls you forward. ✨ A non-judgmental check-in — someone who simply holds space and asks how you really are. And the truth is… it’s unrealistic (and unfair) to expect one partner to be all of that. So this week’s reflection is simple: ✨ Who fills these roles in your life? 👇 ✨ Have you told them how much they matter? Love isn’t meant to live in just one relationship — it’s meant to be woven through a community. Side note: this might also explain why I have so many animals… there’s always someone ready to snuggle, play, move, and give (and receive) unconditional love. 🐈🐶🐎🐐🐑🐓 This week, celebrate your circle. Notice your people. And maybe reach out to one of them today. Because a purposeful, fulfilling, joyful life is rarely built alone.

Hello and happy Mindful Monday, sitting here with Smokey. Um, kind of a Valentine's edition of this. I was thinking about this over the weekend, and who are the people that you need in your life? So, Jay Shetty kind of breaks it down to three people. You need your cheerleaders, you need the people that will challenge you, and then you need the people that will check in on you. And, um, it's not realistic for us to think that our partners, our husbands, wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, can be all of those things for us. And so as you look at the people in your life, we'd love to hear who you have that is that cheerleader, the person that will always be there for you, that will support you and cheer you on whatever you're doing. Who's the person that will challenge you? Um, sometimes that's Dan for me on, on adventures, but also I know that he's not that person to challenge me in certain situations because I'll just get upset with him and, and well, I want to grow and I'll need to be challenged. He might not be the right person for that. And then who are those people that check in on you? Not expecting anything, just there for you and wanting to, uh, know that you're okay and see what you need. So we'd love to hear that. And what are kind of the agreements you have with those people of what that relationship looks like to you? Again, it's not realistic for one person to be all of those things for you. So what does that look like? Would love to hear your thoughts. And then from me and Smokey, happy Monday experience life fully and share it authentically.
