Happy #mindFULLMonday I’m wondering if you’re noticing things are moving quickly right now? You can see it in nature — leaves changing, seasons shifting — a reminder that change is constant… and often faster than we expect. And beyond nature, the pace of our world — especially technology — is accelerating in ways we can feel, even if we can’t fully grasp it. It can feel exciting. And it can feel unsettling. But what if this shift is also an invitation? An invitation to move away from defining ourselves by what we do… and into how we BE. Because as more and more becomes automated, optimized, and faster…our humanity becomes even more valuable. Our presence. Our connection. Our self-worth — not tied to productivity, but to who we are. So I’m curious: 👇 ✨ What feels like it’s moving really fast in your world right now? ✨ And how are you choosing to stay grounded in who you are becoming? Maybe this moment isn’t asking us to keep up… but to root deeper into ourselves. To remember that our value isn’t in how much we do — but in how we show up. #i💜publiclands

Hello and happy Mindful Monday. Out here I'm noticing the flowers, the leaves. Seems like things are happening really fast in our world right now and not just the seasons. And I'm wondering who out there is feeling anxious or concerned about how quickly stuff is coming at you. I think that we're in a really crazy amazing time right now. I had anxiety two weeks ago about this idea and then realized that I think we're shifting into a time when we can be fully human. That our worth is no longer tied to what we can produce but how we show up in the world. So we'd love to hear your concerns of what is happening really fast for you. It could be something like the leaves on the aspen trees or the flowers or maybe something a little more in depth of what is coming at you. Where there's going to be a shift, there's going to be a change and it's coming maybe faster than you thought and your perspective on it. So that is my Mindful Monday thought for you this week. I hope you experience life fully and share it authentically.
