Happy #mindFULLMonday My thought for this week is around this quote: “Confidence comes from keeping promises to ourselves.” Seems so simple and powerful. Every time you follow through — on the workout, the boundary, the intention, the next step —you show yourself: I can trust me. And over time, that trust becomes confidence. Not because everything is easy… but because you’ve proven to yourself that you will show up — even when it’s hard. It also shifts something deeper: You begin to believe you are worthy of kept promises. Not just from others… but from yourself. And in that space, you realize: ✨ You already have what you need within you ✨ You are capable of doing hard things So the next time you set a goal or make a promise, it doesn’t feel like a question…it feels like a continuation of who you already are. So this week, I’m curious: 👇 ✨ What promise can you make to yourself — and keep? ✨ What would shift if you fully trusted yourself to follow through? Because confidence isn’t built in big moments… it’s built every time you choose to show up for you.

Hello and happy Mindful Monday. I'm out here riding from Gateway, back up to the house. And I heard this quote this week, and for some reason it's sticking with me right now. And it says something like, confidence comes from keeping promises to ourself. And I think that's so powerful because it means that we have everything we need within us. We don't need external validation. We just need to keep the promises to ourselves. So whether that's, I'm at the steep part of the climb, just continuing to climb because then I know that I can do it next time. Or waking up when you say you're going to wake up. Or eating the foods that you know makes you feel good. Or reading as much as you say you're going to read. Whatever the promise is, the more often you keep it to yourself, the more worthy you show yourself that you are of promises that are meant to be kept. How capable and confident you are. Because once I ride this hill, and I have ridden it before, like I know I can do it. I'm confident that I can get back home from this point. So that is my Mindful Monday thought for you this week. What promises are you keeping to yourself? And what does that do for your confidence? I can't wait to hear. And until then, I hope you experience life fully and share it authentically. One more beautiful view from the canyon.
