Well, it wasn’t easy (Aconcagua summit was 13,286 feet over the past 2 months) but I successfully summited! These last 2 months were cold and dark and motivation to ride my bike was LACKING, but by making it up my hill today I ended with 13,452 feet of elevation gain since December 2. A HUGE thanks to everyone who has supported me in this challenge and I look forward to kicking of Mount Elbrus next!!

Okay, it's push time. I've got one more day for my Mt. Atthagala summit on my bike. I still have over 2100 vertical feet, so my lovely husband Dan is giving me a ride to the bottom of our hill because it's too cold to bike down the hill. And if I make it back up, I'll have over 2200 feet, which will be the official summit. Nothing like waiting till the last minute, huh? Alright, I'll keep you updated.
