Happy #mindFULLMonday (Heads up, this is a 2 part message this week!) Have you ever had one of those weeks… where everything just feels harder than it needs to be? Last week felt like I was walking through mud (literally and figuratively). Every step took more effort. Slipping backwards. Caked-on weight that made it harder to keep moving forward. And then… the path shifted. Same direction. Same goal. But now I’m on pavement — steady, supported, moving forward with ease. It got me thinking: ✨ What if it’s not the goal that needs to change, but the way we’re trying to get there? Sometimes we push harder, thinking that’s the answer. But what if the real invitation is to look for a different path —one with less resistance? Not because it’s easy, but because it’s aligned. So this week, I’m curious: 👇 ✨ Where does it feel like you’re pushing through mud right now? ✨ And what might it look like to shift your approach instead of your goal? You don’t always have to struggle your way forward. Sometimes the most powerful move…is finding a better path. #i💜publiclands

Hello and happy mindful Monday out here on a rainy day and feels like the best metaphor for my whole week. Every step I take I end up with mud, I end up sliding back, and it just feels harder than it needs to be. Has anyone ever had that week before where it feels like you're swimming upstream, that everything is just a little bit harder than it needs to be? It's been my week for the last week and I am choosing to reset even though each step I take right now, my shoes, let's see if I can get my shoes, my shoes are collecting mud and I'm sliding back a little bit with every step but I can choose to give up or I can choose to move forward slowly. Forward progress is still forward progress and can I find the joy in that? So those are my thoughts, it's been a week for sure. Okay, happy Mindful Monday part two. We went off the dirt trail where every step was a slide back, two steps forward, one step back kind of thing and can actually run on the pavement. Still super beautiful where we are. So maybe the message here is it's not about how you get to the goal, more about finding the way, the path of least resistance. So that is the follow-up. Again, I hope you have the best week experience life fully and share it authentically.
