Happy #mindFULLMonday ✨ This week, I’ve been thinking a lot about personal goals — especially the ones that challenge us. Because I’m realizing that these goals are rarely just about the goal itself. They’re really opportunities to practice BEing the person we want to become. I noticed recently how quickly my mind can create resistance around a perceived challenge. (And I think perceived is important here.) Before anything had even happened, I had already started creating stories about how difficult it might be. So instead of letting that mindset take over, I practiced two tools that have been helping me: ✨ 1. Focusing on the “what if” — but from possibility instead of fear. Not “what if something goes wrong?” But: What if this actually goes really well? What if this is exactly what I need? What if this is ideal? That simple shift changes how I speak to myself, how I visualize the experience, and ultimately how I show up. ✨ 2. Breaking the bigger challenge into smaller phases. Instead of focusing on the entire mountain ahead, I focus on the next doable step. One phase. One choice. One moment at a time. And I think that’s true for so much in life. These personal challenges we set for ourselves aren’t just about achieving the goal, they help us practice the tools we need to navigate life day-to-day, moment-to-moment. So when perceived challenges show up in other areas of our lives, we’ve already practiced how we want to respond. So this week, I’m curious: 👇 ✨ What personal goals are you currently practicing? ✨ And what tools help you shift your mindset when perceived challenges arise? Because maybe the goal isn’t just about achieving something…Maybe it’s about becoming the best version of ourselves.

Hello and happy Mindful Monday. I'm out here I've created a bigger challenge for myself and I have two thoughts for you this week. You know I've created this challenge when biking the whole canyon so down to Whitewater back up to the house which will be my aid station to Gateway back to the house which will end up being about 88 miles and I've ridden each section separately but I've never ridden them together and so I'm playing with you know these things that we perceive as could be a challenge or could be hard and how do you mentally prepare yourself for those those things in your life that might be a challenge we don't ever know right so I play the what-if game and it's not what if everything goes wrong it's kind of what if today was the best day ever and so I don't actually want that like I'm out here to challenge myself and so my what if is what if I'm really strong on this ride what if I find joy along the whole canyon what if I notice all of the beautiful things on my day out and so my thoughts for you are this two of them number one what challenges can you create that are personal challenges that help you realize that you can do hard things and practice those minds get mindsets mind skills so that when actual things pop up that might be a challenge in your life that you have the tools because you've already practiced so mine is one the what-if and then I'm also breaking this ride into four phases so I'm done with phase one I'm on to phase two phase three will be down to gateway phase four will be home and actually that home ride I break into even smaller bits so that I can just check them off bit by bit and I don't have to think about how far or long it is so a little bit longer mindful Monday but I hope it resonates and I hope you experience life fully and in and share it authentically this week happy Monday
