Happy #mindFULLMonday ✨ This Memorial Day, I’ve been thinking less about celebration… and more about reflection. About the people, moments, and sacrifices that allow us the opportunity to experience this life as freely as we do. And also about how quickly life moves. How easy it is to rush through long weekends, conversations, nature, meals, and moments with the people we love… without fully being there for them. So today feels like an invitation to pause. To breathe a little deeper. To notice what’s around us. To appreciate what often goes unseen or unspoken. Not from obligation… but from presence. So this week, I’m curious: 👇 ✨ What are you deeply grateful for right now? ✨ And how can you more fully experience it instead of rushing past it? Maybe mindfulness begins with remembering that this moment — and the people in it — are not guaranteed.

Hello, and happy Mindful Monday. It is Memorial Day here in the U.S., and I'm out just kind of spending some extra time with my guys today. Not really celebrating, but kind of reflecting on what are those people and those moments and those sacrifices that really have led me to be able to experience this freedom and this place and the life that I enjoy. And as we're kind of quote-unquote celebrating Memorial Day, I'm wondering what you can do to reflect and show gratitude for the freedoms in your life, the things that make your life special, and who are those people, those moments, those sacrifices that we need to acknowledge. And even if the acknowledgement is just saying thank you, and thank you for this life, I think is enough, too. So, would love to hear your thoughts on what is turning out to be a beautiful Memorial Day here in western Colorado. I hope you have the very best week. Experience life fully and share it authentically.
