Happy #mindFULLMonday Healing journey part 2- Thinking about patience, effort, and outcomes. I’m still navigating an injury, and it’s been a powerful reminder of something I know intellectually but don’t always enjoy practicing: We don’t control outcomes. We don’t control timelines. We don’t control how quickly things unfold. We don’t control every obstacle that appears on the path. What we do control is how we show up. Our effort. Our attitude. Our willingness to keep going (or not). As I’ve reflected on my physical goals this year, I’ve realized something important. While the goals themselves were exciting, they were never really the point. I didn’t set them from a place of ego. I set them because I wanted alignment. I wanted my mind, body, and spirit working together. I wanted to become someone who consistently showed up for herself. I wanted to practice discipline, commitment, presence, and trust. And ironically, this injury is asking me to practice those same things in a completely different way. So this week’s reflection is this: 👇 ✨ Are you focused on the outcome or the effort? ✨ Is your goal about achieving something... or becoming someone? Because outcomes will come and go. But when we focus on showing up as our very best selves, regardless of the circumstances, we always have access to growth. Maybe that’s the real goal after all. Not the finish line. But the BEing we create along the way.  #i💜publiclands

Hello and happy Mindful Monday. I'm just gonna keep going with my healing journey and I'll share pretty stuff with you. Anyone who knows me knows that patience is not one of my strengths and so this whole healing journey and patience is one of my lessons. The outcome for today was to get up to a saddle up here but this would be my trail and seriously if my initial goal was still the same this is great training for that but my goal has changed. My body is different than it was even a week ago so this is where I stop and the kind of thought that I have that I'd love to share is outcome versus effort and I have no control over outcomes and what snow conditions look like or what that I guess none of us do right? We don't have control of the outcomes. All we can do is show up as our very best self and my very best self right now is saying listen to your body. I have to be mindful with every single step and it's been a long journey just to get here with a lot of effort and snow is just not something I think I can tackle today so I am going to listen to my body. I am going to be the very best version of myself and be mindful the entire way down and that's what I have to give today so I hope that that resonates with some of you. I hope that you have the very best week. Just give you more of my view. Experience life fully and share it authentically.
