So quick update, I am in Fruita, Colorado at the Starbucks where we meet weekly for our group coaching and walking sessions. Look at what a beautiful sunny winter solstice day we have. I'm so excited for these group coaching and walking sessions and it's just this added bonus that we get beautiful, beautiful days even though it's the shortest day of the year. It's maybe one of the prettiest that we've had all week. So if you are around Grand Junction, Fruita, come join me 12 o'clock every Thursday for a group coaching and walking session talking about awareness and where we are with our goals and what we need to do to get there. Hopefully I'll see you and join me in the sun on the trails and if not in person I hope to connect with you sometime soon and just share this light and joy with you as we transition to a new year and living our best lives.
