Hey, so I was reminded this week that forward progress is forward progress even if it's slower than we were hoping. My fun goal for this year was 24 summits and it's already February and only well and I'm just now getting to summit number two. So, mindful Monday, celebrate our successes even if they're slower than we hoped and keep going.
