This is healing! I'm currently 4 weeks out from pulling my hamstring. Lately, people have been asking me: "What are you doing to heal?" My response is usually: "What am I not doing?" I've taken a very holistic approach. ✨ Physical Therapy ✨ Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine ✨ BodyTalk ✨ Nutrition & supplements ✨ Topical treatments ✨ Ice ✨ Red light / infrared therapy But what I've come to realize is that healing isn't just physical. Everything is connected. So while I've been supporting my body, I've also been exploring limiting beliefs, upper limit problems (iykyk), mindset, stress, and all the ways we sometimes get in our own way. At the end of the day, I believe my body is inviting me to heal on every level. My job is to create the conditions that support it. To listen. To trust. To be patient. To allow. And every day, I'm seeing progress. In two weeks, I'll attempt my first summer goal. And honestly, I won't just be testing my hamstring. I'll be testing all of it. The physical training. The mental resilience. The emotional work. The spiritual practices. Everything I've been doing long before the injury. Because these goals were never really about a summit, a finish line, or proving something. They were about alignment. About becoming someone whose mind, body, and spirit work together. Someone who trusts the process. Someone who shows up. Someone who keeps putting one foot in front of the other. And in two weeks, that journey takes me to the Grand Teton. ⛰️ Will I make it? I don't know. But I do know that healing isn't just about recovering from an injury. It's about learning to trust the process, stay aligned, and continue becoming the person you're working to be—especially when life asks you to adapt and find a different path forward than the one you originally planned. And today, I'm grateful to be getting a little stronger every day. 💜
