Happy #mindFULLMonday  This week, I’ve been thinking about all the experiences we miss because we talk ourselves out of them before they even begin. This started off as one of those adventures...maybe a little beyond my comfort zone?? There were a lot of reasons I could have said no. A lot of excuses I could have used. And honestly, if I wasn’t training for my summer goals, I probably would have used one of them. But instead, I showed up. And what followed was pure magic. The kind of experience that reminds you how much growth has happened when you stop and look back (or down into a gorge🤣). The kind of adventure that, at one point in your life, would have felt beyond what you were capable of. And now? Now you find yourself doing it, enjoying it, and wondering why you ever doubted yourself in the first place. It reminded me of a quote I love: ”Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.” And the thing is, your adventure doesn’t have to be a multi-pitch climb. Maybe it’s asking your boss for what you need. Maybe it’s having a difficult conversation. Maybe it’s starting the business. Maybe it’s signing up for the class. Maybe it’s simply taking the first step. The stories we tell ourselves matter. The questions we ask ourselves matter. And lately, instead of asking, “What could go wrong?”I’ve been practicing asking better questions—questions that lead my brain toward possibility instead of limitation. ✨ Why am I so brave that the things that once scared me are now fun? ✨ Why am I enjoying this? Because had I listened to my excuses, I would have missed out on something truly magical. So this week, I’m curious:👇 ✨ What tools do you use when you’re feeling challenged or out of your comfort zone? ✨ What better question could you ask yourself the next time fear tries to make the decision for you? Sometimes growth isn’t about becoming someone new. Sometimes it’s realizing you’ve already become someone capable of far more than you once believed.  #i💜publiclands

Hello, and happy Mindful Monday. You've been along with me for a lot of the physical challenges. This is very much one of my mental challenge days, mental training days, not challenge. The words we say matter, and the stories we say matter. Here on the top of the pitch, Dan just rappelled down. I still need to go down. You know, it's up and down is a success. I think I heard this, I think this is what Sean with Mindvalley said, ask better questions. I've been really focused on the story I've been telling myself on the way up and asking the questions. My question for myself today knowing that I was going on this adventure was, why am I so brave that the things that used to scare me don't anymore? Our brains give us answers, right? So if we're asking questions about why is this scary, our brain is going to tell us all of the reasons why this is scary, and then that makes a body reaction. So I'm really, really focused right now on, I need to rappel, so again, up and down. Why am I so brave that the things that used to... Sorry, we've got walkie-talkies on because it's windy. The things that used to scare me, I can do, and I can do with confidence. So what is a better question for you this week? And just another thought on how we experience life fully, right? The stories we tell ourselves either allow us to be in really amazing places, or they limit us. So experience life fully this week, share it authentically, and have a great one.
