Hello, happy Friday. I hope you all are gearing up for the weekend. This post is specifically for those of you that can't wait for the weekend because work has been a challenge this week. I am throwing out an idea and I'm looking for maybe one or two small businesses to join my retreat, my Beginner's Backpacking Retreat, May 17th through the 19th. Build team camaraderie, work on setting intentional goals for yourself and the business, and enjoy time outside together. Have your team looking forward to the weekend versus being just ready to be done with work for the week. So big mind shift there.
