Happy #mindFULLMonday This week, I’ve been thinking about uncertainty. Here in western Colorado, fire season has returned. The canyon is filled with smoke, and this weekend three firefighters lost their lives. Moments like these remind us how much of life is outside of our control. It’s easy to feel sad. It’s easy to feel uncertain. For me, the answer is always the same: Service! When we choose to serve others, we step outside of our own stories and into connection. We may not be able to change everything that’s happening around us, but we can always choose the impact we have on the people around us. And that is something within our control. Maybe it’s delivering flowers to a neighbor. Maybe it’s checking in on a friend. Maybe it’s paying for someone’s coffee, volunteering your time, or simply offering a listening ear. Small acts of kindness have a ripple effect far beyond what we can see. So this week, I’m curious: 👇 ✨ How can you make a positive impact in your community this week? ✨ How can you choose service when the world feels uncertain? Sometimes we can’t change the circumstances. But we can always choose how we show up. And I believe that’s where hope begins. 💜
