Happy (sweaty) #mindFULLMonday  This week, I’ve been thinking about accountability. More specifically... Who are you when no one is watching? I think there are three types of people (or maybe three situations we all experience): ✨ The first says, “Absolutely. I hold myself accountable no matter what.” I relate to this one often. But if I’m honest, there’s a shadow side too. Sometimes I hold myself to standards far higher than anyone else ever would. Instead of striving for excellence, I slip into perfectionism. ✨ The second says, ”I need external accountability.” And there’s nothing wrong with that. Sometimes having a coach, a workout partner, or someone checking in is exactly what helps us keep the promises we’ve made to ourselves. ✨ And the third? “It depends.” Sometimes we show up effortlessly on our own (maybe you’re really good at holding yourself accountable for professional goals, but not as committed to the Personal or vice versa). Other times, we need support to keep moving forward. None of these are right or wrong. The important part is simply knowing what’s true for you. Because once we’re aware, we can choose the tools, resources, or people that help us become the best versions of ourselves. So this week, I’m curious: 👇 ✨ Which one are you? ✨ And if you’re not reaching the goals that matter most to you, what support might help you get there? Awareness isn’t about judgment. It’s about giving ourselves what we need to keep becoming who we want to BE.  #i💜publiclands

Hello and happy, very sweaty, mindful Monday. My Monday routine is coming up this trail as fast as I can. It's so pretty. It's so amazing. It's right next to my house. Such good training. But as I was coming up today, I was thinking about, you know, do you push yourself as hard as you would if no one was looking? My answer for this is yes. But I do track it. I track how fast I get up every time to see if I can continually make myself better. And I think there's nothing wrong with wanting to post on social media your progress or having a coach to help hold you accountable. I think it's just awareness of do you actually follow through on your goals and and maybe even push harder through your goals if no one's watching. Just that awareness so that you can put the right tools in place to to be your best version of yourself. So it is a beautiful Monday here in the canyon. I'm not crying. I'm just wiping the sweat out of my eyes. I hope you have the very best week. Experience it fully and share it authentically.
