#mindFULLMonday a few inspiring thoughts from the @officialmilestoneevents athletes to start your week: Go for big goals because you’ll never know what you can do if you don’t try. You never know who you are inspiring, so keep going (never give up). And “it’s ok”. It’s ok to feel sad, to push yourself, to feel a little guilty when you feel like you’re doing something for yourself, to feel excited. I am grateful for the last week with this amazing community and the gifts they have shared with us. Hope these can support you and having an awesome week! @jody.rich @whollyregina @bevhess31 @rakzolot

Hello, happy Mindful Monday. I'm home, back with my guys, after an incredible Milestone Events 100 Mile Challenge. This community was by far the most amazing community I've ever had the opportunity to be a part of. And so for this Mindful Monday, I'm just going to share some of the insights and wisdom that they shared with us over their 100 miles, 50 miles, 80 miles, there is a variety of it. But you know, you never know who you're inspiring on in your journey. And so keep going, no matter what, even when it gets hard. And one of my favorite quotes from one of the athletes as well, Beth, thanks, is go big, you never know what you'll be able to do, unless you try. And, and it's okay, it's okay, if it's hard along the way, it's okay, if you cry, it's okay, if you feel selfish, it's okay, if you feel defeated, it's, it's just amazing. And something to remember is that you just never know who you're inspiring along the way. So go big, keep going. And it's okay to feel all the feels as long as you keep going and, and try something new and something that might be a little bit scary. So just wanted to thank you send a huge thank you to everyone I had the opportunity has been the last week with and yeah, that's your Mindful Monday, you never know who you're inspiring. So keep going and have a great week.
