Early #mindFULLMonday post! It seems like we are always trying to add time to our days. Can you take advantage of the time change and add an hour to your morning routine (since your body is used to waking up at this time anyhow)? And now that it is so dark at night, can you start your morning routine early by taking time at night to slow down, relax and prepare for the next day? I know most of us don’t love the time change, but can we shift our perspective and make this obstacle an opportunity for doing the things we didn’t have time for in the morning? Thoughts? 🌄

Good morning. Happy early mindful Monday with the time change. It is 642 a.m. and we're already to the rock behind the house. Thought for today, especially with the time change, is that can we make this obstacle an opportunity? How many of you would love to wake up an hour earlier to get your day started off right or would you go to sleep an hour earlier so that you have the energy and time for everything that you want to do the following day? I know that most of us don't love time change because it gets dark earlier, but can you make this opportunity? Don't change your sleeping patterns. Actually wake up an hour earlier. Get the things that are important to you done in the morning. Set time at night now that it's dark to actually make yourself prepared for the following day. Set your time to read, reflect, go to bed earlier and see what happens this week. I encourage you to try it. See what it looks like for you and what happens in your life if you can set your schedule just an hour earlier, which the time already did it. So happy Monday and I hope that you enjoy your week. Here's the rest of your view for today.
