What traditions do you look forward to each year and what significance do they hold? This tradition of baking holiday cookies, and delivering them to our community has shifted over the years, but still holds a deep meaning of gratitude for me. Hello, and happy Mindful Monday. Today, we're talking about traditions, and I've got my bestie Zoe here. Say hi. My favorite tradition started, I don't know, maybe over ten years ago now when we started making holiday cookies. I started an organization, and my amazing Rachel joined me, and we made Christmas cookies and holiday stuff for our schools and the people that were part of that community, and Zoe's been coming out with me since, and this year, we're switching things up and at an assisted living center and partnering with The Gift of Love, so on top of cookies, Zoe, will you pull out some cookies? On top of cookies, we've got these awesome care packages to give to the women that are here, and just going to wish them a lovely holiday season, so wishing the same to you.
