Hello, and happy Mindful Monday. So most of you know that winter is not my favorite time of the year, but if I'm going to be in snow, this is a good place to be, so I'm happy to share it with you. My word for this year is expansion, and it's crazy up here not to feel it. And I used to feel so small with these huge mountains that are just above treeline, but with that word, expansion, it's given me kind of a new perspective, and instead of feeling small, I see the infinite around me, the infinite possibilities, the infinite power, the infinite just bigness of what life can be. So my thought for you this week, what is your word, and how do you live fully into that word, and what are those places that help you fully embrace it. So, expansion is mine, hope you have a great week, and enjoy the view.
